Made in Seagrove in 1990, this gorgeous deep ceramic dish features hand-painted flowers and delicate foliage

Bottom signature: “N Owens, 1990″

Pre-owned condition

Small chips / flakes on a few of the outer edge ruffles. No structural cracks (See photos for details)
