Handmade and signed 1993 ceramic dish by North Carolina folk potter Jean Teague

Jean Teague was the wife of Fred Teague and co-owner of Teague’s Frogtown Pottery studio. Alongside Fred, a member of the renowned Teague pottery family, she helped handcraft traditional, functional stoneware in the Seagrove area.

This beautiful vintage stoneware bowl features a subtle loop handle and bright blue splatterware glaze decoration.

Very good pre-owned condition considering its age but the dish underside shows clear signs of use. No chips or cracks (see photos for details)
