Handmade and signed 4″ ceramic jar by North Carolina folk artist Tommy Nichols

William Thomas Nichols is the son of Garry and Rebecca Nichols, who established Nichols Pottery in the Seagrove region.

Made at Nichols Pottery in Eagle Springs, NC – 1999

This jar / bud vase features a beautiful hand-painted dogwood tree design including flowers, leaves, and branches. It has a bright pink sponge-glazed upper rim, and matching symmetrical handles on each side.

Good pre-owned condition. No chips or cracks. Underside shows signs of light use and black number markings on the clay, either from the studio or a previous owner. Please see photos for details.

Size: Approximately 4 3/4″ width including the handles, 4″ height, 3 3/4″ upper rim diameter
