The North State Pottery Company was a prominent art pottery producer based in Lee County near Sanford, North Carolina from 1924 to 1959. Founded in a region known as a major producer of brick and pottery, the company produced functional and decorative items, including vases, pitchers, and pansy vases. Key early potters associated with North State Pottery include Jonah Franklin Owen and Charlie Boyd Craven.

A beautiful bright blue drip-glazed jug / miniature flower vase with a curved loop handle. Partially-glazed stamp on the underside.

Excellent vintage condition for its age. No cracks. Please see photos for details.
